          Authorized Representative of the complainant alongwith counsel has made the statement, recorded separately, to the effect that due to some technical defects he withdraws the complaint and prays that it may be dismissed as withdrawn and liberty may be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action with better particulars.

          In view of the statement authorized representative of complainant and learned counsel for the complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action with better particulars.
