The OP despite sufficient time and opportunity given failed to file their version.  Therefore, on 17.11.2015 it was recorded that, the OPs have no version to prefer.  On the same day, the complainant was called upon to file his affidavit evidence.  However, since then the complainant remained absent continuously without assigning any reasons.  Inspite of affording sufficient time, the complainant has failed to file his evidence by way of affidavit and prosecute the complaint.  It appears that, the complainant has lost interest in prosecuting the complaint.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
