This application has been jointly filed by the complainants and opposite party No.1 for recording settlement. It is stated that the parties have resolved their disputes amicably and the complainants may, therefore, be allowed to withdraw the complaint leaving the parties to bear their own cost. Alongwith application the affidavits of complainant Nos. 1 & 2 and constituted attorney of opposite party No.1 Company, have been filed. In view of the complainants and opposite party No.1 having settled the matter amicably outside the Court, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to cost.
