Called out. Counsel for the appellant Sri R.K. Mishra and counsel for the respondent Sri Umesh Kumar Srivastava are present.

Parties have filed a compromise in which it has been mentioned that the respondent shall pay Rs.65000.00 including the principal amount with interest and cost towards full and final claim of the appellant.  

DD no.279292 dated 16.7.2021 is handed over to the appellant.

Hence, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise. 

The compromise shall be part of the judgment.
