ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The 1st o.p. is hereby directed to refund the porceeds of the GIUS-1986 Scheme amounting to Rs.5,100/- together with interest at the rate of 13.5% with effect from 1st July 1991 untill the date of realisation. It shall pay damages of Rs.1,000/- to her along with the cost of Rs.500/-. This order shall be carried out within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt by the opposite parties, failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings and recover the entire amount due to her.
