ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed. The opposite party is directed to pay Rs.500/- to complainant as compensation with the court cost of Rs.200/- within 2 months from the date of this order. Failing which 15% interest will have to be paid to that amount till the date of realisation. Further opposite party is also directed to send the upto date annual statement of reinvestment plan 66 of complainant from 1993-94 onwards within 2 months from the date of this order.
