     Sh.Deepak Kumar Kashyap,Adv.alongwith Sh.Raj Kumar, Relationship Manager and Amit Kumar of the J.D.

 Counsel for the J.D.has brought demand draft of Rs.66358/- in satisfaction of the D.H.of the order under execution and also requested for offering the same to the D.H. At this stage, D.H.has stated that execution application has been pending disposal since 30.6.2016 as such adequate compensation and costs of the execution application may be awarded to him. As such, D.H.is awarded an amount of Rs.1000/- as costs of the execution application. Vide separate statement, Sh.Sohan Lal Wahi, authorized representative of the D.H.Smt.Meenu Mehra has stated that he has received today in the Forum demand draft bearing No.080277 dated 24.8.2016 for Rs.66358/- from the J.D.in compliance of the order of the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh dated 5.8.2008 in full and final satisfaction of the order under execution besides Rs.1000/- being costs imposed by this Forum from the J.D.and he withdraws the instant execution application being fully satisfied. In view of the above statement, instant execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
