Complaint is allowed. O.p. is directed to pay the complainant the applicable amount within 2 months from the date of this order with interest at 10% p.a. from 01.04.2004 until the date of payment. The O.P. is further directed to pay compensation of Rs.2000/- for deficiency in service and Rs.1000/- towards cost. Send this copy of the order to the O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
