         Today the case is fixed for awaiting further order from the Hon’ble National Commission.  We have perused the order dated 20.5.2015 whereby the Hon’ble National Commission ordered that “Operation of the impugned order is stayed subject to depositing 50% of the awarded amount with District Forum within Forum within four weeks, which may not be released till further directions”. 

           In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble National Commission, the present execution petition stands adjourned sine die.  The DH is at liberty to get it restored after the decision of the revision.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
