For the Petitioner : Joy Narayan Chowdhury, Kamal Kanti Sarkar, Sunil Kumar Srivastab, Advocates For the O.P.s : Subrata Kr. Saha, Chief Representative Order No. 05 Dt.15.05.2007 Petitioner is personally present alongwith ld.advocate. All three O.Ps are represented through S.K. Saha, Chief Representative, of U.T.I. Petitioners file the present case with the prayer to issue direction upon the O.P.s to realize the amount of Rs 27,100/- and for other reliefs O.P.s have made their appearance through representative and have not filed any written version. At this stage the petitioner has filed an application alongwith the original bond impressing his inclination to have the matured amount and interest @ 6.60% p.a. He has also stated that there is Bank Account Bearing No. 39521 of District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Malda. Copy of the petition has been seen by the Chief Representative of UTI present in the Forum to-day. He has also raised no objection. Thus, having heard both sides and after going through the petition dt. 10.05.2007 alongwith Original Bond Certificate No. 36181591 of Rs. 27,100/-, this Forum thinks it prudent that the prayer of the petitioner is reasonable and hence, the same be allowed. Proper fees have been paid. Hence , Ordered that Malda D.F. Case No. 25/2007 is disposed of on compromise without cost. The petitioner do get award for Rs. 27,100/- and interest @ 6.60% p.a. till its final realization. The O.P.s jointly and severally do pay the aforesaid quantum of money inclusive of interest within 30 days from date. This amount do carry interest @ 6.60% p.a. till its final realization. Let a copy of this order alongwith the Original Certificate No. 36181591 be handed over to Mr. Subrata Kr. Saha, the Chief Representative of the U.T.I. as verbally submitted by him for taking appropriate action. Let a copy of this order be given to both the parties free of cost. Sumana Das A. K.
