           Case called up serval times since morning, but none appeared on behalf of complainant.. It is already 3.30 P.M. No Intimation is received regarding the non-appearance of complaint. Further Wait is not justified.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursuing the present case. So, in such like circumstances, present complaint stands dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
