Hazira is filed on behalf of the complainant through Advocate.

The petition dated: 05-04-2023 filed by the complainant for adding PNB Met Life India Insurance Co. Ltd. as O.P. No.4 to this case on the ground stated therein.

Prayer for addition of party without amending of the contents of the petition cannot be allowed.

However, the complainant is given liberty to withdraw the case for some material defects in the constitution of the complaint and accordingly the complainant exercises the liberty by applying a petition to withdraw the case on that ground.

Hence it is ordered……..

That the instant case stands withdrawn with liberty given to the complainant to refile the same on the same cause of action.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Order free of cost.
