This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 11-6-2014, in the presence of Smt. A. Madhavi, Advocate for complainant and opposite party no.1 to 3, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

Memo filed. Stating the matter is compromised out of court and sought return of documents and requested to dismiss the complaint as not pressed. Memo accepted. In view of memo C.C is dismissed as compromised and office is directed to return the documents by obtaining Xerox copies. No costs.
