ORDER

No one appears for the petitioners.

Challenge in these proceedings is to the concurrent findings and orders passed by fora below.  The consumer dispute raised by the complainants related to alleged deficiency in service on the part of opposite party-Railway Administration in exercising the due safety and security of certain Coach i.e. S-6 of Patna Pune Express                   in which the complainants were traveling and they were robbed their baggage by certain intruders in the said coach on route to Mugal Sarai.  No complaint was lodged by the complainants with the T.T.E. or the conductor of the said Coach or at the concerned Railway Station when the train stopped at the next Railway Station with the G.R.P.  The complaint was lastly lodged at G.R.P. Khandwa after sometime in that behalf.

Both the fora below have held that the complainants have failed to establish any deficiency in service on the part of the Railway Administration.  We see no infirmity, illegality or material irregularity in the impugned order which calls for any interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

The revision petition is accordingly dismissed.
