Heard Counsel for the petitioner. 

            The State Commission had appointed an Accountant of the Commission in order to work out the accounts to decide as to whether any amount was payable to the petitioner/complainant. After perusal of the report of the Accountant, the State Commission came to the conclusion that excess amount has been paid to the petitioner/complainant and nothing was due.  In the revision, there is no challenge to the accounts made by the Commission and as such, we do not find that any case has been made out for entertaining this revision.  The revision is, accordingly dismissed, with no order as to cost.
