Decree holder is present through his lawyer.
One application of the decree holder has been filed today supported by annexure xerox copy of documents praying for dispose of the case on the ground of full satisfaction.
Heard the ld. Advocate for the decree holder who submits before us that the J. Dr. has already paid the entire decreetal amount passed by this Forum along with interest as the same was also already posted the said amount in the pass book of the decree holder and for such reason the dispute having been settled. So the decree holder does not want to proceed with the matter and prayed for dispose of the same.
Perused the application duly signed by the decree holder Sankara Nanda Seal submitted by his lawyer Usha Rani Das wherein it appears that the matter has been settled with full satisfaction and the application is also duly endorsed by one S.K. Mondal, PRI (P) , Howrah Central.
Having heard the ld. Advocate and perusal of the application along with annexure xerox copies of documents we dispose of the execution petition with full satisfaction.
Supply the copy of order to the parties, free of costs.
