Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 4.00 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last 2 dates of adjournment I.e.on 12.10.2015 and 28.10.2015 also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On 28.10.2015, a letter alongwith affidavit has been received from the complainant through post in which it has been mentioned that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. As such, it seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint and same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
