Present complaint has been filed by the complainant against opposite parties i.e. Union of India and its other cunctionaries. Opposite parties appeared and contested the claim of the complainant by filing written statement. Both the parties led evidence upto their satisfaction. We have heard arguments of learned counsel for the parties at length. In the ultimate analysis of aforesaid discussion we do not find merit in the complaint . However, the opposite party may restore the telephone connection to the complainant subject to deposit of disputed bills alongwith permissible charges within one month in the circumstances of the case. However the parties are left to bear their own costs. File be consigned to record room. Announced : (Sushma Handoo) (Sudha Sharma) (A.K. Sharma) 20/2/07 Member Member President.
