     Notice sent to complainant through registered post on 26.05.2017 has not been received back served or unserved. Since a period of more than 30 days has elapsed, therefore, complainant is presumed to have been served. None has appeared on behalf of complainant.

     In view of the order of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 10.11.2005 passed in Revision Petitions No.625/2004 to 627/2004 whereby the complaint was dismissed, the present miscellaneous application for restoration/revival has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
