The complainant Sri Jamini Mohan Deb Nath is present in person . The complainant vide Petition no-400/17 prays for dismissing the case on withdrawal as the opp. party side had already paid him Rs.3,88,300 /- vide cheque no-586253 dtd.11/03/17 as both side had compromised over the dispute outside of this forum and he also encashed the cheque and thereby no demand remains against the opp. parties. We have heard the complainant in person. Accordingly the Petition No-400/17 is allowed and this case is dismissed on withdrawal.
