The Complainant had performed the duties of the Opposite party No-3 as a substitute for 45 days but the entitlement of such substitute work has not been paid to the complainant due to deficiency in service on the part of the Ops.
The OP No-1 is his version submitted that the leave without allowance for the period from 07.05.2017 to 20.06.2007 has been sanctioned by the competent authority and the post master, Jeypore(K) HO has been directed to draw the allowances in favour of the complainant vide has memo No. A-275/pt dated 12.9.201.
We have gone through the complaint Petition, written version of the OP. Heard the complainant and it is founds that despite the order of the OP-1, the Post Master, Jeypore(K) HO has not drawn the allowances to pay to the complainant as per the direction of OP No-1.
We direct the OP-1 to take immediate steps for drawal and payment of allowances in to the complainant within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order in default, the OP-1 is liable to pay Rs. 200/- per say to be recovered from the erring officials to recoup the same.
The complainant at liberty to take the course of law under Section 25/27 of the consumer Protection Act for its execution.
Copy of the order to be sent to the parties free of cost.
