Complainants are represented Ops 2 to 5 are also represented.

The Op-1 is absent and No steps taken by him.

Heard and Considered the Complainant od the Complainants in the light of written version filed by the Ops No 2 to 5. Now a days Mobile & intranet sermies are light necessary for every citizen of the Counter including the Complainants who are version Mobile with BSNL Sim Card it is the duly of the BSNL authorities to provide the Mobile Let work with internet facilities to every version of BSNL Sim card & other Sim Card.

In view of the facts & Circumstances of the case we direct the Opposite Parties No.2 to 5 to provide rapor Let work facilities in the Locality of Satiguda Damsite, within 3 Months from the date of receipt of a Copy of this Order. In default Ops No. 2 to 5 are hiable U/S 27 of Cp Act. 1986.

Complainant is allowed accordingly.
