JUDGMENT
MR. JUSTICE A. H. KHAN, PRESIDENT (ORAL)
None appeared for the appellant. Office report reveals that appeal is defective. Several opportunities have been given to the appellant to remove the defects and notice to the appellant has been sent through registered post also but he did not appear to remove defects.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of appellant in view of the provisions contained under Rule 8(6) of the U. P. Consumer Protection Rules, 1987 .
