Sh.Lalit Joshi, Attorney of Sh.Lakshit Joshi, D.H.got recorded his statement that he has received today in the Forum damand draft bearing No.464173 dated 26.4.2015 for Rs.5000/- as to and fro expenses in compliance of the order passed by the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. The JD has also deposited 50% of the awarded amount with the District Forum by way of FDR amounting to Rs. 53500/- in compliance of the order of the Hon'ble National Commission. Since the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi has stayed the operation of the order, as such, Sh.Lalit Joshi has withdrawn the present execution application. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The official concerned is directed to deposit the FDR dated 27.4.2016 for Rs.53500/- in the account of the District Forum initially for a period of one year. File is ordered to be ordered to be consigned to the record room.
