ORDER

The judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complainant's complaint is allowed. The disputed bills dt. 21.8.95, 21.10.95, 21.12.95 and 1.2.96 are quashed. The opposite party is directed to issue a fresh bills for these periods taking the gross number of calls as 919 and adding 10% to this that is 1010 calls and on payment of this demand the opposite party shall restore the phone connection to the complainant. The opposite party is also directed to pay Rs.1,000/- as cost of prosecuting this complaint including the charges for legal notice. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to bothsides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
