Considering the letter dated 9.8.2000 of the petitioner/complainant addressed to SSP Tehri, copy whereof was sent to the respondent/OP- bank regarding loss of 9 blank cheque leavesr numbering 52332 to 52340 bearing the signatures of the petitioner and those not being misused, the fora below have held the respondent/OP-bank not deficient in service and dismissed the complaint. Having heard Shri Sharma and having considered the concurrent findings returned by the fora below to the above effect, we do not find any illegality or jurisdictional error in the impugned orders warranting interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Dismissed.
