              Today the execution application is fixed for awaiting further order of the Hon’ble State Commission. Order not received. None has put into appearance on behalf of the parties. Position remained the same on the last eight adjourned dates. In view of the above, the present execution application is ordered to be adjourned sine die and consigned in the record room with the observation that as and when any order will be received of the Hon’ble State Commission, it will be restored and will be proceeded further in accordance with law.
