Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao,  President:-

Version and affidavit of opposite party not filed.  Counsel for the complainant filed memo to the following affect: 

        “it is submitted that both parties compromised out of Court.  The complainant received original documents which were mortgaged with the opposite parties.  Therefore the complainant requests that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to close the complaint in the interest of justice”. 

        In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No costs.
