JUDGMENT
MR. JUSTICE VIRENDRA SINGH, PRESIDENT (ORAL)
This complaint is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the complainants. Sri Rajesh Chadha, learned Counsel for the opposite party no.1 is present.
A perusal of the order dated 05-02-2015 passed by Hon’ble N.C.D.R.C. shows that nothing has to be done by this Commission in this case as this complaint case seems admittedly to have been withdrawn by the complainants before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the revision petition filed by the complainants before the Hon’ble N.C.D.R.C. against the order dated 23-12-2011 passed by this Commission stands dismissed being infructuous.
Hence, looking into the order dated 05-02-2015 passed by Hon’ble N.C.D.R.C. disclosing that Complaint No. 43/2011 pending in the S.C.D.R.C., Lucknow, U.P. stands withdrawn and further more looking into this fact that none of the party is present, we are of this view that this complaint seems to have been withdrawn, hence is dismissed accordingly.
