ORDER

Dalbir Vs. Union  Bank of India

Present:     None for complainant.

Today the case is fixed for notice to opposite parties. Notice to opposite parties could not be issued due to non filing of copy of complaint and registered cover etc. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.30 PM. No further wait seems to be justified. From perusal of order sheets, it is clear that the case was fixed for notice to OPs after filing copy of complaint and registered cover w.e.f. 08.07.2022 but notice to opposite parties could not be issued and copy of complaint and registered cover also not filed till today. Despite availing several opportunities by the complainant, which means that the complainant is not interested to proceed the present case further thus, present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. Copy of the order be sent to the complainant free of cost. File be consigned to the record-room after do compliance.
