Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are absent. It appears from perusal of the recoprd that, the complainant is not appearing since long back. He has not taken steps in compliance of the orders passed by this Forum therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. The case is dismissed for want of prosecution.
