           Learned counsel for the complainant Shri Ramesh Goel appeared in person before the court and made a statement that “as per the instructions of complainant the matter has been resolved with the OP/Bank after filing the complaint and direction sought by the complainant against the bank and I do not want to proceed with the present complaint and want to withdrawn  the  same.” 

          Statement to this effect recorded separately. In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
