सदरील किरकोळ अर्जावर पुढील प्रमाणे आदेश करण्‍यात आलाआहेः-

Heard both the parties.  It is admitted fact that complainant have obtained homeloan and have failed to repay it within given time frame. No evidence to show that loan was insured. In the circumstance, opposite party has every right to recover the dues through legal means.  Hence, application is rejected as no prima facie case is made out against opposite party at this stage.
