          This is a complaint filed under sections 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986  for  directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards loss suffered by the complainants, to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, pain and sufferings due to deficiency in service of the opposite parties; to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards cost of the proceedings. 

          Notice was issued to the opposite parties.  The opposite party filed their reply version.  The complainant was examined as CW1 and Exs.C1 to C10 and Ex.R1 and Ex.R2 were marked.  One R. Deepak, Administrative Officer of OP2 Company was examined as RW1 and Exs.R3 to R9 were marked.   The complaint was posted for further cross examination of CW1. 

3. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant absent.  Counsel absent.  No representation made.  No effort taken by complainant to appear before this Forum for cross examination by OP1.  The opposite parties are absent.  Counsel for opposite parties present.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
