It appears from the record that Registrar-in-Charge did not take step for sending the case record to Additional CDRC, Rajarhat, Newtown as per order of Hon’ble State Commission vide transfer application no. 138 of 2021 and the order dated 31.01.2022. Hence, Registrar-in-Charge is directed to take step for transferring the case record immediately after observing all formalities and this CC case 109/2021 disposed of on transfer.
