Learned counsel of complainant has made a statement that he has received a cheque bearing no. 812669 dated 14/07/2015 amounting to Rs. 6,01107/- in favour of the complainant as full and final amount in compliance of the order of this Forum under execution. Now nothing is due against the opposite parties and he do not want to pursue the present execution application and same be treated as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Keeping in view on the statement of learned counsel of complainant, present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
