Statement of Sh.Rajdeep Goyal son of Sh.Shiv Kumar aged about 35 years Resident of H.NO.2672,Court Road,Bathinda,complainant on oath. Stated that I have received cheque No.139822 dt.18.1.10 for Rs.8200/- from opposite party No.3 through their counsel Sh.Sukhdev Milttal. The old mobile set in question lying with opposite party No.2 and original job sheet already attached with the file. I do not want to proceed with this complaint as my claim has been fully satisfied.
