                  Parties have entered into compromise and matter has been amicably settled and the complainant has received the ten blank cheques and one original sale deed from the respondent + Loan Clearance Certificate dated 9.6.2023. Statement of the counsel for the complainant is recorded. In view of the statement of counsel for the complainant, the present complaint became infractuous and is dismissed, as such. Record be consigned to the records.
