          Called out. Ld. counsel for the appellant Sri Rajnish Rai is present. Ld. counsel for the respondent no.1 has informed that respondent no.1 has already expired on 3.7.2020 but no step to substitute the LRs of the respondent have been taken within time prescribed by law.

          Hence, it stands abated.

          As far as, the respondents no.2 & 3 are concerned, there is no need to send notices to them because they are proforma parties.

          The appeal is abated.
