                   Mr. Manoj Vashishtha, learned counsel for complainant has appeared and suffered following statement:-.

“Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between both the parties as per Memorandum of Understanding dated 05.10.2019 (Annexrue-A). Subsequently, the possession of flat No. 603, Tower-K, 6^th Floor, of the project Winter Hills 77, Gurugram has been handed over by OPs to complainant. Hence, I may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint in terms of above”.

2.                In view of statement suffered by learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is ordered accordingly.

3.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
