Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are absent. It appears from perusal of the record that the O.P. was appearing till 29/12/2016 but, the complainant is not appearing since long back. The O.P’s have not filed their written statement as yet. There is no material on the record on the basis of which the present complaint can be decided on its merits therefore, there appears no justification for further proceedings in this case. The present case is dismissed in absence of both the parties. Let record be consigned.
