Matter was passed over. On the second call also, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Present petition came up for hearing for the first time before this Commission on 14.03.2013. Even after granting two opportunities to the petitioners, it did not take any steps for curing the defects. On 28.5.2013, counsel for petitioners sought further four weekstime to remove the defects and matter was adjourned to 08.1.2014. Petitioners did not remove the defects by 08.01.2014 and one more opportunity was granted to the petitioners to remove the defects within four weeks. Accordingly, matter has been adjourned for today, i.e., 10.07.2014. Inspite of availing various opportunities, petitioners have failed to remove the defects. Nor there is any appearance on behalf of the petitioners today. Under these circumstances, present revision petition stand dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the orders passed by this Commission.
