2.   Ajay Enterprises, Booth No.11, Sector-11, Panchkula through its’s Authorized Signatory.

3.   Sony Mobile Communication (India) Private Ltd., 2^nd Floor, A-31, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044 through it’s Authorized Signatory.

Counsel for the Ops has made a separate statement in which he states that he had already tendered a cheque of Rs.20,159/- vide bearing No.003764 dated 18.03.2015 in compliance of order under execution application and he has received Sony Mobile Set in question alongwith accessories and also states that  order under execution application has been fully complied with.

 complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has handed over the Sony Mobile Set in question to the counsel for the Ops and he has received a cheque of Rs.20,159/- vide bearing No.003764 dated 18.03.2015 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statements made by the complainant as well as counsel for the Ops, it is made clear that order under execution application has been fully complied with. Hence the present execution application has become infrucutous and the same is hereby disposed of accordingly.    

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
