Complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint on account of technical defect but request has been made for seeking permission to file a fresh complaint in proper  Court/Forum.  

In view of the statement of learned counsel of complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with the provision of law. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
