Sri Ajit Baishya, the petitioner is present in person. Mr. P. Agarwal, learned counsel, for the opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 is also present.

          Mr. Baishya today submitted that the disputes between the petitioner and the opposite party which originated as Complaint Case No. 16/2023, pending before the learned Commission below, Kamrup at Guwahati, was settled before the National Lok Adalat held at Guwahati  on 9-4-2024. The said dispute was referred by the opposite party bank under the Loan Account No. 351474200001173 and in presence of Judicial Officer the matter was settled whereby as against total claim of the bank (defaulted amount) of Rs. 1,27,073/- the settled amount was Rs. 52,073/-. On the date of the award a sum of Rs. 17358/- was deposited and the rest of the amount of Rs. 34,716/- was duly paid on 9-4-2024 and 9-5-2024.

          As this revision petition is against the order dated 6-2-2024 in C.C. 16/2023 and the original dispute being resolved, Mr. Baishya submitted for withdrawal of this Revision Petition. Accordingly, in view of the submission we dismiss this revision petition on withdrawal. Mr. Baishya shall appear before the learned Commission below on 16-08-2024 as C.C. No. 16/2023 is fixed on the said date for appearance of the parties.

          Copy of the order dated 9-4-2024 is kept on record.
