  1. Ranjana Wife of sh. Krishan Kumar, aged about 48 years, resident of House No. 446/02, Kharadiyan Mohalla, Tehsil and District Kaithal.
  2. Charita Grover daughter of Krishan Kumar, aged about 23 years resident of House No. 446/02, Kharadiyan Mohalla, Tehsil and District Kaithal.
  3. Khushali daughter of Krishan Kumar, aged 17 years (Minor) resident of House No. 446/02, Kharadiyan Mohalla, Tehsil and District Kaithal through her natural Guardian/mother, Ranjana wife of Sh. Krishan Kumar.

  2. Ujala Cygnus Healthcare Services, having it corporate office at A-9A, Ground Floor, Green park Main, New Delhi-110016, through its Managing Director/Authorized person.
  3.  Dr. Meera Devaratii Lakke Gowdain care of Ujala Cygnus Hospital, Kaithal situated at HUDA Bypass Road, Sector-20, Tehsil and District Kaithal, Haryana.
  4. Post Graduate Institution of Medical Science, PGIMS, Situated at, Medical Road, Tehsil and District Rohtak, Haryana-124001, through its authorized person.

Present:      Sh. Parteek, Advocate for the complainant.

                  

                   Ld. Counsel for complainant made a statement that due to some technical ground he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraw the same with permission to file a fresh complaint in appropriate court of law.

          In view of the above statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is at liberty to seek the remedy in appropriate Court of law. However, the complainant may seek exemption of delay under section 69 of the Limitation Act for the period during which the proceedings remained pending before this Consumer Commission. Original documents if any placed on record by the complainant be returned and photocopy of the same be placed on record. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant, as per rule. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
