                   File taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the  complainant.

                   Complainant Tara Chand has made a statement that the amount in question has been received. He further stated that he does not want to continue with the present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.
