                    The counsel for the JDs has produced the photo copy of order dated 04.09.2015 passed by Hon’ble National Commission in Revision Petition No. 2176 of 2015 wherein the execution of the impugned order is stayed subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount with this District Forum.  The counsel for the JDs submitted that the JDs have complied with the aforesaid order of the Hon’ble National Commission by depositing the 50% of the awarded amount vide cheque no. 005239 dated 25.09.2015 for Rs. 2,16,194/- and paryed for dismissing of the execution.  In view of the above said submission of the counsel for JDs, the execution petition is adjourned sine die. File be consigned to the record room.
