ORDER

Present:        Sh. Mahesh Bhardwaj, Advocate for complainant .

Sh. Rajbir Singh, Advocate for OP .

 

           Learned Counsel for opposite party made a statement that he has compromised the matter and as per compromise opposite party will give Rs. 40,000/- to the complainant and further stated that complainant will submit indemnity bond, letter of sabrogation and form no.29&30 with the insurance company. Counsel for the Complainant has also made a statement that his complaint be decided as per statement given by Ld. counsel for opposite party. In view of this statement, complainant is directed to submit letter of Sabrogation, indemnity bond and form no.29&30 in the insurance company within 15 days and opposite party is directed to pay Rs. 40,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from the date of deposit of the documents by the complainant, failing which opposite party will pay the said amount alongwith interest @9% per annum from the date of this order till realization. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
