ORDER:-

                     The counsel of complainant has made a statement before this Commission that he wants to withdraw the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file a fresh case before the competent court. Statement to this effect has been recorded separately.   

                     In view of the statement made by the counsel of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh case before the competent court.

                      File be consigned after due compliance.
